Project Start Date: mid to late October Contractor: NGF Golf Construction Limited, proprietor Bill Searle
Objective: Improve the drainage of the fairways on holes #1 and #18 during incidental periods of rain and provide
for a drier soil profile during the spring and fall. It will not protect the fairways from ice build up during the winter or

be used to construct future tee platforms on hole #3.
Scope of Work:
- Install slit drainage as per the design by Kelly/Ami Limited in 2000
- Install drainage to provide clean up opportunity after river overflows
- Expand and level back right ledge of green to allow for pin locations
- Relocate cart path to lead towards the back of the driving range tee
- New cart path will accommodate parking for golf carts at the range
- Remove existing cart path along the back of the green and extend slope towards green
- Divide front right bunker to allow for foot traffic and upper bunker will extend towards the back of the green
